STEP 1- Mix ½ oz (15 ml) No. 1 with water in a non-spraying applicator bottle. Saturate thoroughly. STEP 2- Without rinsing, apply a generous amount of No. 2 from roots to the end & comb thoroughly. STEP 3- Processs for a minimum period of 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse & shampoo (if required) and condition. STEP 4- Mix your blondor powder with the appropriate developer thoroughly first & then add PELOPLEX (2-5 ml)
